nested IIS site is missing after logout however mike has a server that does work, mine does not
26.3.1.0
Hello @Matthew Morrow
Thanks for the update.
Since 2026.3.1 includes a fix for logout behavior with nested IIS applications, and you are seeing it work on one server but not the other, I would like to focus on what differs between those two environments.
Could you confirm whether both servers are running 2026.3.1 and share the sanitized nested IIS path and redirect URL from the affected server?
If there are any obvious IIS configuration differences between the working and affected servers, please include those as well.
Best regards,
Ruben Tapia
Is this enough?

Hello @Matthew Morrow
Yes, this is enough. Thank you for the additional screenshot.
Since you are still seeing the 404 on 2026.3.1 despite the nested IIS logout fix included in this release, I’m going to escalate this internally for Development review.
I’ll update the thread once we have more information.
Best regards,
Ruben Tapia
crazy thing, we have one server that is working just fine and it is nested. so some nested work, some do not.
@Matthew Morrow Can you capture a HAR file from the problematic server? Also, are you using Windows authentication in both servers?

Hi Matthew, I sent you a DM, you can upload the file there.

@Adam Driscoll
oh, now that you ask that, no windows auth is the troublemaker and the server that is working is just user/pass form
@Adam Driscoll , uploaded
@Matthew Morrow Thanks. The HAR had the info we needed. It should be resolved in 2062.3.3 and we will test it a bit differently this time.
