PowerShell Core Local Session Opens as a Black Screen When Double-Clicked
Product Version
Remote Desktop Manager 2026.3.4
Description
I found an issue with PowerShell Core local terminal sessions in Remote Desktop Manager 2026.3.4.
When I create a Local Session configured to use PowerShell Core (pwsh) and then double-click the session from the navigation tree, the session window opens but only displays a black screen. The terminal does not appear to start correctly.
However, if I right-click the same session and select "Open Session", the terminal launches normally and works as expected.
Steps to Reproduce
Expected Behavior
The PowerShell Core terminal should open normally when the session is double-clicked.
Actual Behavior
A black terminal window is displayed and the session does not initialize correctly.
Workaround
Right-click the session and choose Open Session. In this case, the PowerShell Core terminal starts normally.

Hello,
I’m unable to locate the option for selecting PowerShell Core (pwsh) in the Local Session settings.
Could you confirm the exact name and type of entry you created? If possible, please also send us a screenshot of the entry configuration.
Best regards,
