Move version information back to top

I have to scroll to the bottom to find my version, it was way more convenient on top (or at least put in a help menu).

@jaltmann Others have requested this as well: Missing Version at the top.
Like I mentioned in that post, we are doing a bit of a UI refresh for 2026.3.0 so we will certainly consider this when deciding where to put the version.
