Session recordings stored within devolution Cloud

Hi,

Instead of having the recording of sessions stored on the gateways / RDM / externally stored. Can we have it that the sessions recordings are stored in devolutions cloud, as this will help prevent tampering and ease of management.

Hi Luc,

It would be nice, if the gateways could seed the recordings up to the devolutions cloud tenant and have it kept there. Not only as a second backup space (incase the gateways or on premise storage location becomes compromised), but it would from a governance persepctive it would make things easier to track.

Even if the feature is available as a addon, that would be fine.

Hi @Yoffstr,

Thanks for the suggestion, and the governance angle is a fair point.

However, hosting recordings in the cloud tenant isn't a direction we plan to take. Storing and serving video at that scale is a different kind of service, one that falls outside the current scope of Devolutions Cloud.

We'll let you know if this position changes in the future.
