Chrome Extension Instantly logs Microsoft User out after Login
Hey guys,
we updated our DVLS to 2026.2.4.0 yesterday and since then, every user that tries to use the Password Manager Extension within Chrome has an Issue.
You can login normally choosing Microsoft as the Authentication Method and login, but after the redirect to the DVLS Page that says "authenticated you can close this page" the extension is still logged out and says "disconnected, login forced".
Seems like its a bug to me, cuz in Edge everything works fine, also has to be Microsoft related, since native Devolutions Users work just fine.
i can provide further logs if needed (just tell me what)

Hi,
Do you have the "Disconnect workspace" - "On close" checked on your DVLS in "Administration -> System settings -> RDM and Password Manager clients -> Password Manager browser extension -> Disconnect workspace -> On close"?
What is your Chrome extension version? The latest version is 2026.2.0.6

unchecking the "on close" option fixed it!
Thank you very much! The option didnt make much sense to me regarding the "error" but i guess i was wrong.
