Member of role administrator logically should have access to everything
@Adam Driscoll i have been testing something recently and it seems little bit odd that if you have an app with pages and you set a permission on one of these pages like -Role ‘Operator’ the admin user will not see this page unless he is a member of operator group membership which is odd.
i think the administrator role should be modified so the holder of this role have access to everthing without the need to explicity add the user to other roles.

The admin console behaves like that now but we don’t have the same privilege system within app authorization. That said, I agree. I run into this myself with all kinds of resources (apps, endpoints, etc) and it seems like an unnecessary step to add the admin.
