Anyway to monitor for "app is not started"
We occasionally have some apps that go to this and need to be restarted. Is there a way to monitor for this behavior and restart automatically? It never sends a 404 so we can’t actually determine when it goes down remotely.

Does it show running or stopped in the admin console when it displays app not started?
