Hello,
After adding an Entra ID PAM provider to Hub, then clicking the 'test connection' button, an error is displayed saying 'could not reach'.
The issue seems specific to a new recently deployed Hub account, as the same Entra provider values work fine when copy/pasted to another Hub.
Any ideas on what would cause this?
Thanks
Joe

fyi, this seems to have fixed itself, clicked the test button again today and its working now
Hello Joe,
Thank you for this feedback.
Sometimes this error may be related to the Hub agent running on the server.
Even with the Azure PAM provider, an agent is still needed to communicate between the two parties.
Best regards,
Patrick Ouimet
Thanks Patrick. That explains why it started working the following day, because I configured the Entra provider before installing the PAM service and configuring the domain user provider/s.
Could the dev team maybe update the error message shown in Hub for that scenario to say something like, 'no PAM service detected'?
