Manage computer as another user

I don't think this is a RDM issue per se but maybe someone can point me in the right direction. I have RDP sessions set up to a windows 2003 R2, SP2 server and I would like to use the services shortcut (on the dashboard) however it gives me an access denied message. I believe this is the fact that the user I am logged onto my workstation does not have permission to do that.

Is there a way I can set it up I can pass specific credentials so that I connect the MMC computer management to the configured IP as a specific user?
