Entra User groups are not being sync'ed

Hello all!

I have a user that is being sync'ed from Entra. For some reason none of the groups he belongs to in Entra are sync'ed to Business Hub. His user in Administration is "sync'ed", but he isn't in any of the groups that he should be in. I have manually given his user access to vaults he needs for now, but he should be part of groups that would give him access to these vaults anyway,
