Sync/Recovery between/from Desktop (Windows/Linux) to iOS

Hi,
in the past, i‘ve restore a Windows/Linux Backup on OneDrive to the iOS App on iPad. But this isn‘t possible anymore?
How can i restore/sync the hole entrys from the desktop to my iPad?
I use the iPad only for shot notice/emergency.

Restoring/syncing a full Desktop backup (Windows/Linux) from OneDrive directly into the iOS app (iPad) was never supported.
