Missing Add-ons Installer

We are using Remote Desktop Manager on a VDI session. When we log into the software we are getting constantly prompted that we are missing two specific add-ons: Cisco ASDM and SecureCRT. Where does the Add-on information get stored - because we are obviously not writing it to the correct location.

forgot to mention that I am on version 8.4.5 and the Cisco add on is 1.0.2.3 and the securecrt version is 1.8.1.0
It supposed to installed in %AppData%\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager
