Devolutions workspace does not recognise any alternate hosts configured in RDM entries. Can this please be added?
Hello,
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
Could you please clarify what you mean by alternate hosts not being recognized in Devolutions Workspace? Any additional details or examples would help us better understand the behavior you are experiencing and determine how we can assist.
Thank you in advance for the clarification.
Best regards,

@Dany Galarneau in the example below, Devolutions Workspace will insert the username/password for https://1.1.1.1 but if you go to https://2.2.2.2 (the alternate host) it will not recognise that address.

Hi,
Thanks for providing the example — that’s very helpful.
Just to make sure I’m understanding correctly, are you referring to the Devolutions Workspace browser extension in this scenario?
If so, I’ll bring this up internally with the team so we can review the behavior around alternate hosts, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible with more information.
Thanks again for taking the time to share this.

Yes the browser extension - thanks
@sjames
Hello! The browser extension does support "alternate hosts" that allows a single website entry to match multiple sites, however the feature does not read the alternate host from the alternate connection section. The feature is called "equivalent urls" and can be set in the base edit view of a website entry in RDM.

The entry will now match on all three websites (authenticationtest, autofill.me and github)
If you wish for us to treat the alternate host from the alternate connection section as an equivalent url so that websites match with it, please tell me and I will inform the browser extension team.
Best Regards,
Samuel Boucher
