What version of RDM are you running? Could you make sure that you are using the latest one, which is 2025.3.28.0

If you have access to your Hub Personal via the web + that you are running the latest version of RDM, go in File -> DataSources and make sure that you have configure a Hub Personal datasource and not a Hub Business one.
