Real-time in-app popup notifications in RDM for PAM and Entry Access approval requests

Feature Request Description

Summary
Add real-time, on-screen notifications in Remote Desktop Manager (RDM) for PAM Approval and Entry Access Approval workflows, so that both requesters and approvers are immediately notified without relying on email or manually checking dashboards.

Current Behavior
Currently, PAM Approval and Entry Access Approval requests and approvals can be monitored through:

• Email notifications configured in Devolutions Server
• The PAM Dashboard in RDM (for PAM-related requests)

While functional, these mechanisms require users to either:

• Monitor email outside of RDM, or
• Manually open and check the relevant dashboard

This reduces visibility and introduces delays for approval workflows, even when both the requester and approver are actively working in RDM.

Requested Enhancement
Introduce real-time, in-application notifications in RDM for both PAM Approval and Entry Access Approval events.

1. For Approvers
   • When a user submits a PAM checkout request or an Entry Access request, the approver should immediately see a visible notification directly in RDM
   • Example: a centered pop-up window or other prominent in-app notification
2. For Requesters
   • When the approver grants access (PAM or Entry Access), the requester should immediately receive a clear on-screen notification in RDM
   • Example: a centered pop-up or persistent notification indicating approval

The key requirement is that neither the requester nor the approver should need to check email or navigate to dashboards or external interfaces.
All approval-related events should be immediately visible and actionable within RDM.

Use Case
This enhancement is especially valuable in environments where:

• Both requesters and approvers work primarily inside RDM
• PAM and Entry Access approvals are time-sensitive
• Email notifications are delayed, filtered, or intentionally disabled

Real-time in-app notifications would significantly improve responsiveness, reduce friction, and enhance the overall approval experience.

Suggested Characteristics

• Separate notification types for PAM Approval and Entry Access Approval
• Configurable per user, role, or vault
• Ability to enable/disable popup notifications
• Clear visual distinction between:
  • New approval request
  • Approval granted
  • Approval denied or expired
