commands missing from actions menu

commands missing from actions menu

Had someone install the newest beta on their machine (they have never installed RDM released or beta on their machine before) and for some reason, they only see 2 of the commands under the actions menu (view only and send control-alt-delete). I see 5 more on my computer but this user doesn't.

Is there a setting somewhere or bug or related to the size of their monitor?

We'e both using 8.9.9.0

What data source type (SQL Server, MySQL, SQLite, ...)?

Could you please post a screen shot?

You need RDP 8 support to enable (Charms, Snap,...)
Check the version of RDP:

that did it. updated RDP on the users machine and we can see the icons now. thanks
