Hi,
At our firm, we currently hold licenses for our password hub. I would like to clarify whether the 60 licenses refer to the total number of active licenses available to all users, or if it pertains to 60 individual active users. Additionally, does this mean that a maximum of 60 users can access the portal simultaneously?
Thank you in advance for your assistance. I look forward to your clarification.

Hi again,
With the new licensing model, if a user only uses Hub Business, they do not need to have a license assigned. Password management for "non-technical users" is now covered under your ongoing RDM subscription.
This means they will not affect your license count.
Best,
Nick
Hi!
Thanks for reaching out — happy to clarify this for you.
Under your current (legacy) licensing model, your Devolutions Hub Business instance is indeed limited to a maximum of 60 users. This limit comes from the original structure of your subscription.
It’s also important to note that our licensing model is per named user, not concurrent. This means that each individual who needs to use the solution must have their own assigned license — it’s not based on the number of simultaneous connections.
However, with the recent licensing changes related to Remote Desktop Manager (RDM), password management is now included with RDM.
Because of this:
You can now add additional users to your Hub Business instance — beyond your original 60-user limit — as long as those users only require password management.
These password-only users are not counted toward your legacy Hub user limit.
So if you have team members who only need access to Hub Business for password management and do not require RDM, you can add them without increasing your license count.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi,
Can you give us an example of when a Password Hub license is used,
and examples of when it is not used?
Hi again,
any more information on the topic would be helpful.
As I mentioned before, we are woried that if our accountants that don't use rdm start to use Devolution hub there will a problem with the licences.
We wan't to make sure that if more users start to use Devolution portal there will be no problem with licences.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hi again,
how can is see it the user used up the hub business licence or not? Is there I way I can see how many liceces are used at the moment and who uses them?
Hi again,
If you go in Administration - Users in your Devolutions Hub instance, you can see the number of active Hub Business users you have at the top right.
To see to which user(s) a specific license has been assigned to, you can see it in Administration - Licenses and click on the Assign users button next to the license. - https://docs.devolutions.net/hub/web-interface/administration/management/licenses/register-product-licenses/assign-product-licenses/
Best regards,
Nick
