Hub Personal plug in constantly 'Disconnecting'

Good morning.

I have been dealing with this on multiple different machines for over a year now, and figured I would finally ask about it. ;-)

I already logged in this morning using Google Chrome, and Microsoft Edge browsers and it has disconnected again.

It does this on two different machines. One is preferred Google Chrome, and the other is Microsoft Edge. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the extension numerous times and still get the same results on both.

Neither machine is set to delete cookies or any internet browsing history.




Any way you can provide any kind of insight!? Thank you!

We are really sorry for the behaviour you are experiencing, as the issue this morning was on the Cloudflare side. As we speak, following this issue, our other components have been struggling and consuming all resources, such as the Hub Business SCIM synchronization. Our internal teams have mitigated this resource consumption, and the system should return to normal soon. We encourage you to monitor the Devolutions Status page.

Rest assured, we are already investigating and will inform you as soon as we have more information.
