Option to Open New/Duplicated Remote Session Tabs Next to Current Tab

We've implemented opening a duplicated connection right next to its source rather than at end, and you can expect it to take effect with the upcoming 2025.3 version this fall.

This should be the default behavior now. Any duplicated session should open directly next to its original connection in the tabs.

I've tested this again on my end and it works well. Could you perhaps provide a screenshot of your exact setup? There might be some cases we missed, but seeing your actual workflow could help us pinpoint the issue. Ideally, I would like to see your tab disposition just before you hit the duplicate connection button, and after as well.

I see where I went wrong. I've developped this feature for the windows version, and I went ahead of myself when I told you it was already implemented. We already have a task open to implement it for MAC as well, and I'll see if we can raise the priority.
