Devolutions Hub Personal All Entries not shown

I have just upgrade Devolutions app on android to latest version. 2025.4.0 build 1

When i open the app,i can see my Authenticator, and it works.
I can also see my Devolutions Hub Personal, but only Favorites.
All Entries i show for 2 seconds, and disappear .
Have tried to reinstall the app, but same problem.
When i try to click one entry in Favorits, it just loads all the time.
How can i fix the the problem?

I attempted to reproduce the issue on my end but was not able to do so. Could you please provide us with the model of your phone or tablet, as well as the version of your operating system? This information will help us investigate further.

The phone is a Samsung Galaxy S21, and android is version. 15, and the phone runs One-UI version 7.0

Hi Brian,

Have you tried reconnecting your space? If not, please follow these steps:

  1. Try reconnecting your space.
  2. If the issue persists, clear your temporary files and app data.


You can find these options under Workspace Settings > Storage and Cache.

Once you’ve completed these steps, please try again and let us know if the issue is resolved.

Hi Gabriel,

I have tried to reconnect the space, and cleared the cache.
I have also tried to uninstall the app and install it again.
But same problem.

I am still not able to see "All entries" and Authenticator in devolutions workspace mobile app, on android. From the app I can create new entries and folders, but cannot see them in the app. If i log on devolutions personal hub on my computer, i can see the newly created entrie and folder. It looks like the app can push to the hub, but not pull.

I have the same problem with not seeing "All entries" on two phones with One UI-Version 7.0 Android 15, Devolutions app version 2025.3.0 bulid 101. Have now tried on a third phone with One UI-Version 5.1 Android 13, Devolutions Workspace app version 2.20.1.5 and here all works.

On the phone with the old Devolutions Workspace app, I have updated the app to latest version, and now "All Entries" is also gone on that phone. So I can conclude that it is the app version 2025.3.0 build 101 witch have the problem. Hope i can get some help. I already is an intern beta tester, so let me know, if I need to test new apps?

In the mean time, it would be nice if I would be able to download an old version of the app, so I can use it again?

Thank you for your detailed feedback and for your testing efforts.
To help us investigate the issue further, could you please send us the application logs? You can do so by navigating to Menu > Settings > Logs > Send Application Logs
This will greatly assist us in identifying the cause of the problem.
