Tree view culture setting is missing in MacOS version

In the Windows version of RDM the setting "Tree view culture" is present and makes it possbile to sort the tree view using a specific culture (and thereby sort by special characters).

The settings should also be implemented in the MacOS version.

The latest version of RDMMac was released (2025.3.6.7) and we have added the tree view option.
