I have installed a new terminal application on my mac called Terminus and would like to use that as my default Terminal-application within Remote Desktop Manager, how can I do that ?

At the moment I see only 2 options under Settings -> Types -> Terminal (iterm & terminal)

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out on this matter.

Terminus is not supported in RDM for the moment.
I will move this topic to the feature request section of the forum.

Our feature request forum allows our community to submit/share ideas with our development, service desk, and management teams. It’s also an opportunity for our community to demonstrate an interest in your idea. We use this interest to prioritize the features we implement.

Is there a list of terminal-apps which are supported ?

Hello,

We recommend using our built-in SSH Shell session type to establish SSH connection within RDM Mac.

As for your request, our development team will evaluate this topic next week.

I am getting issues with built-in ssh. Whenever I try to hit backspace, the whole line gets corrupted. Are you aware of this issue and is there any solution to that

Hello,

Is it possible for you to post a small video of the issue so that we could try to reproduce internally?

I found the problem for this issue (please check the screenshot). Backspace key mode was set to 'Control-?' and when I moved it to 'Default' it started working, not sure who set it to Control-? in first place.

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback.

What Linux flavor are you connected to?

Is it working when you set the Backspace key mode to a different value then Default for this SSH entry only?
