2025.1.0.0: Autofill Login Not Working
Hi Team, since the upgrade to iOS 2025.1.0.0, the “Autofill login” function is not working any longer on webpages. It was working perfectly on iOS prior to this update. The browser briefly flashes like it attempts but the credentials are not carried over from my User Vault.

After further investigation, we realized there was more to the issue than we initially thought. Could you please confirm the following:
- Are you on an iPhone or an iPad?
- Do you remember which version of RDM you were using when the auto-fill was working?
- Was your issue related to the "Discover" option, or was it the actual login auto-fill when opening the session?

Hi there, iPad and I was using the very last available iPad version from the iOS App Store. Issue is related to actual webpage autofill feature.

A new version is available. Please confirm if the issue is resolved. Currently, autofill only works on iPad. A ticket has been opened to investigate the issue on iPhone.

Hi there, I tested 2025.1.1.0 on my iPad Pro and the "Autofill login" feature does now work. However, the "Submit" button going from grey to clickable does not occur unless you click in the username or password field, but when doing such there is a long delay once you click in either of these fields for the "Submit" button to become clickable. I'll post up a short video later today.

From what I understand, this might be a website issue. Does this behaviour occur on every website ? Does it happen when you toggle on "Auto submit" in the Website entry ?
Like you suggested, a short video of the issue will help us understand what could be causing this.

Hi Team, I’ve noticed the autofill feature is not working since the last few iOS version. Like in my original post, the browser flashes as if it’s attempting to load them, but nothing ever populates. I am using the latest version as of today (2026.1.0.22), but this also occurred in the last few versions of 2025, at least. Thx!
