Hey guys, this one is a bit urgent. I'm a little bit stuck.
Are there any known issues right now with business hub cloud accounts being inaccessible?
I have a personal account and a business account, so I keep personal credentials seperate from business credentials.
My personal account is fine, I can log in there on all apps and devices.
But my business account is inaccessible today.
I've got a PC running the workspace app, the workspace plugin for chrome, and Remote Desktop Manager. None of them can log in to my business account. I keep getting internet not available or "no such host is known" errors.
I've also tried on my phone, which has the workspace app. I've tried on my office WiFi and I've disabled that and tried over the mobile network. Again there, I can access the personal account, but not the business account.
This is a problem. I need those passwords to do my job. I can reset the passwords, but then I have the problem of where to store them after I've reset them.
I'm going to have to temporarily store them in the personal account, which feels crappy.
I've checked my emails and it doesn't look like I've missed any license payments or anything like that.
Anyone out there in internet land who can shed some light on this one?

As I can see no issues right now on the Services Status Page, I suggest contacting the team directly (service@devolutions.net) with the name / URL of your Hub Business.
