Additional options for password rotation schedule

Hello,

Is it possible to add the options to schedule the password rotations on specific days of the week rather than every X days? We would like to schedule certain password rotations during our maintenance windows (example, every 3rd Saturday of the month) to minimize any impact on critical processes.
