Unable to add ARD or VNC connection

I installed the RDM app on my iPad (iPad Air 2024), set up a local data source and am able to open the app.

But - when I try to add a new entry (I tried Apple Remote Desktop (ARD) or VNC)) I immediately get an error popup with the error:

"ArgumentNull_Generic Arg_ParamName_Name, path2"


If I click on "ok" I am able to fill in the connection data but when I try to choose a host via the "Choose" button I get no hosts. Not for an ARD-connection, not for a VNC-connection. I am unable to setup a host.

Remote Management is setup correctly and activated on the remote Mac.

What goes wrong here? I'm stuck and any help will be highly appreciated.

Hello,

Thank you for reporting the issue with the popup message. We will work on fixing it.

Regarding the issue with the host select button, we will investigate to determine if it is a problem on our side.

In the meantime, if you know the host, you can fill it out manually.
