Do you have any news on this topic ?

It's quite tedious to have to login everytime, when a session is already open in the same browser.
This happens for :

• Requests from browser extension
• Requests from RDM
• Requests from Workspace

I'm afraid our users will be quite annoyed with this.

Sorry for the delay. Unfortunately, I don't have any updates on that. We know that it is possible, but we built it that way by choice to avoid confusion about who is logged in where. By forcing the user to specify the user, you can have a different user in the web interface and Devolutions Workspace. We will discuss internally if we could have a setting for such behavior and let you know once we have an update.

Maybe there could be a setting in the user profile, that enables session sharing throughout the browser.

We will start a new development cycle soon, right after our next major release planned for June. I'm currently reviewing what will be part of that cycle. I will see if that feature could fit into our roadmap.

It would be 2025.3. That release is planned for October. If it is postponed, it would be 2026.1 at the beginning of 2026.
