Can you try enabling "Send Input as Unicode" and see if that helps? You can do that by going into the entry settings > Local Resources and setting 'Send input as Unicode' to 'Yes'.

'Send input as Unicode' doesn't solve that issue

shift key is triggered multiple time as shown in the video. some ime(like Chinese ime) use shift as the language switch key, using Shift+[KEY] will cause ime work incorrectly
