SSO Exclusive users unable to see Web client connect button or add RDP entries into any vault
Hello,
We have 2 users who only login with SSO, and were provisioned via SCIM. One user is an Administrator within Hub, and the other not. Neither user can see RDP listed as a connection type when adding an entry into any vault (user or shared). Additionally the Web Client button in Hub UI does not show even though the respective users have been assigned a gateway licence. The users can launch the same connection/s via the gateway when using RDM or Launcher.
Is there something specific to users who have been provisioned via SSO SCIM without being sent an invitation that would be causing this.

Could you confirm what the User Interface Profile currently is for these users?

You can access this by pressing the Profile icon in the top right corner and going under "Preferences" -> "User Interface" I suspect they may currently be set to 'Business user" I believe changing this to "It Professional" should help with this issue,

Thanks Samuel, that's great, and yes changing the interface profile resolved the issue.
is there a way to set the default interface profile for SCIM users, so they don't have to change it manually after first login.

Indeed the Default value can be set under Administration – System settings – General – User interface
