Improvements for temporary assignment

Hello,

I'm opening this feature request on behalf of a customer.

The idea is to leverage temporary assignments so that users with limited privileges (Read) can request a temporary elevation to another permission role.
Currently, it's only possible to do a temporary assignment if it's given by someone with "Contributor" or higher rights on the PAM account.

They also brought up the idea of having this feature in the dashboard as a widget. I did a rough edit of what it could look like:
