I've trying to setup Hub personal however been stuck in this screen and I don't recall setup emergency reset code previously, any suggestion?

Hi,
Assuming that it is the same email than this post, it seems like there is no entries in your Hub Personal.
We're aware of this kind of issue, and will try to resolve it. Meanwhile, you should be able to delete your Hub Personal from https://portal.devolutions.com/hub-personal.
You will need to wait 2-5 minutes, then you can go back on the web (https://hub.devolutions.com) to complete the setup.
