Mass Deletion of Vault Entries

While testing out Devolutions Hub Business on a trial license, I accidentally imported 1550 entries to a personal user vault instead of a shared vault. Is there a way delete the entries in the personal user vault without having to delete each entry one by one?

Hello,

As it stands, with the web client, it's not possible to delete multiple entries at once. It's a feature that we plan to release in 2024.2; the next major release. It's possible to delete multiple entries via RDM or via Workspace.

On a side note, in Hub Business, it's not a personal vault per se, it's meant for business accounts. That's why we use User Vault instead of Personal Vault. When a user is deleted from the Hub, administrators can restore the deleted user's vault as a shared vault to retrieve business accounts. Users should be encouraged not to store personal accounts in that vault.

Hi Eric,

As Maxime mentioned, you can easily delete entries with our Devolutions Workspace Mobile App. Once you add your Devolutions Hub business in the App with your account , access your user vault , view the entries and in the action ellipsis: Multi select. You'll be ready to delete everything.
