Edit > User Specific Settings is greyed out for all end users

I have moved from devolutions server to hub as my advanced data source and the "user specific settings" option is greyed out for my end users. Its pretty essential we get this feature back for all users. It works for me as a super user but doesnt work for my end users.

Also, in trying to export my user specific settings from the old vault i get this message:

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this,

  • Could you please specify the version of RDM you are currently using? Are these users also using RDM while connected to the Hub as a data source?


To clarify, was this working for you previously, or has this not been working since your migration to Hub?

If you go under "Help" -> "Application Logs" are there any additional details for this error?

I'm not sure about end users, but it was working for me previously, and now I'm unable to edit entries in RDM as a vault owner.

As we discussed during our meeting, the issue was related to your version of RDM, after updating to the latest version, 2024.1.12.0 it seems to be working as expected.
