In the last few days the OTP does't work. The system generates codes but the don't work.

The sytem works to generate the otp but the otp code is wrong

Could you please check if the issue persists when using Devolutions Workspace or RDM?

Additionally, it would be helpful if you could verify that the time settings on your system are accurately synchronized, as this is crucial for the OTP functionality.

the problem occurs with both programs. The code that is generated is the same but it is incorrect.
Until last Friday 29 December it worked correctly, now it no longer works.
The problem is in all saved OTPs, not just one.

So we can't access any portal.

Hello,

I may have replicated your issue by altering the advanced properties of the OTP entry. Could you please verify if all the properties in the advanced settings are correctly configured? Notably, I found that altering the time step by even one second rendered the entry unusable.

To help us for our investigation, can you please tell me in your Devolutions Hub if your OTP key contains the characters "1", "8" or "9".
