Can administrators access user vaults?
Hey guys,
Currently trialling Devolutions Hub Business.
I'm imagining a future scenario where an employee may leave the company, and subsequently we then require access to a client resource that is secured by a credential in that former employee's user vault.
Is there a way for administrators to gain access to a user vault other than their own?

Hello,
When a user is deleted, its user vault is soft-deleted (it's marked as deleted, but not really deleted). An administrator can restore that user vault as a shared vault. Once restored, the admin has access to the vault like any other vaults.
User vaults are considered business account vaults. They aren't meant to be used as personal account vaults, users should be warned not to store personal credentials in those. For personal accounts, Hub Personal is to be used.
