Workspace launch in RDM

There are several conditions that need to be met for the button to be enabled:

• The entry should be either a Website or a Session (RDP, SHS Shell, etc). I can provide a list of supported Sessions upon request.
• The offline mode must be disabled.
• The usage profile must be set to 'IT Professional'.
• 
  

The last condition is contingent upon the Space (Datasource) being used: Devolutions Server, Hub Business, or Hub Personal.

We use offline mode for when WFH and not connected to the VPN.
However, will this still work if your are connected and online.. or the feature needs to be disabled?

I am not understanding the usage sernario of this currenlty over the use of a share RDM data source. So may be trying to get it to behave in a way it is not designed.

Hello, for now, the offline mode must be disabled to be able to launch with RDM. We will create a ticket to support this feature in offline mode. It will be available shortly! However, there will be some prerequisites for everything to work.

• You must have already signed in into your datasource in RDM
• You must have already loaded the content from the vault.
