Security Questions answers aren't readable

In Workspace I have two security questions that were on an entry but the answers are not readable.
They are readable from the Hub Personal website though.
Adding new entries in Workspace on the same entry and they are readable. Used the same answers as the first two questions.
Workspace version is 2021.2.6
