Can't find RDM on AppStore

avatar

This morning, my iOS RDM was faulty (no more data sources).
I tried to uninstall it but when I went to the AppStore, I wasn't able to find the app.

The same thing appears on my iPad.

Any pb with the iOS/iPadOS version of RDM ?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us on that matter!

Would it be possible for you to try downloading RDM iOS using the link below and see if it works for you?

AppStore says the app is unavailable in my country (France).

Same on iOS and iPadOS

Hello,

Sorry for the inconvenience, the application is temporarily unavailable on the App Store in France.

This is due to specific French government laws that require us to fill out certain documents
concerning the security of our application. This was all done and submitted a few weeks ago.

The application can only be made available once the French government has approved it.
According to our information, this should take between 2 and 3 months.

In the meantime, it can be downloaded here: https://testflight.apple.com/join/Y9zqlHAX

What do you mean about shortly ?
We use RDM on iOS and iPadOS a lot and the situation is very painful

Hello,

The build was just accepted at this moment and is now available.

Hello, RDM is now live on the App Store in France. For the latest updates and features, please switch to the App Store version instead of using the TestFlight version.
