Hi,
I'm using RDM since several years. Recently I noticed that when using RDM on my iPhone, the entries created on my pc are not being shown. Older entries are still shown.
I've performed a 'Refresh' and even a 'Force Refresh'. But, none of the new entries are shown.
I tested the connection to the SQL Server and to the Database. Both result in success, so the connection is fine.
Also, I checked the vaults (general / private). As I'm currently the only user and I disabled the personal vault. So there is only one vault.
How can I get the RDM syncing again on my iPhone (latest iOS 16.3)?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello Carl,
I always updated the application (on any device), and when asked, the database.
For the OS, same rule applies, updated to the latest version as well.
In fact I only have RDM on my laptop and on my iPhone.
It's only happening on my iPhone. I did some checks, and saw that this was also the case before doing any updates/upgrades to the latest version.
Aside of this, I noted that on the phone I use PWM. Is this still ok as I don't see it in the App Store anymore? Maybe I need to install RDM instead on the iPhone.
I installed RDM on my iPhone and now I do see my entries. But, how can I enable Face ID?
Thank you for your assistance.
Best Regards,
Geert.
Hi Geert02,
Yes it is normal that you do not see PVM on the App Store because it has been replaced by RDM.
Here are the steps to activate the Face ID / Touch ID:
