MAC Import Chrome/CSV passwords

Hi,

I have used your importer tool on Windows and it worked great, but I have around 20 MAC that I need to import their personal data from Chrome or CSV files into PHB. I know I can import the data using a JSON file but it's a bit hard to ask and admin assistant to convert her file to a JSON file ;-) . If only we could import a CSV directly from the web application, it would be so great.

I could import the data from my windows machine into a temp vault, then export it to JSON then have the person import it, but, it is not very secure for the person to give me all the password in plain text, plus it is pretty tedious for 20 people.

Do you have any type of recommendation/workaround for this?

Hello,

As it stands, the easiest solution would be to use RDM Mac and import the CSV files with that application. If you need help with that, feel free to ask. We do have a task in our backlog to add CSV import in the web client, but it's not something that we can do quickly to unblock you.
