I forgot the IPadOS RDM App password and tried to remove and reinstall the app to start a new configuration butt it still asking for the password. I tried find configurations in iCloud account, in my File App but nothing found.
My IPadOS version is 16.1 (20B82) and RDM version is latest.
How can I reset the installation and start over again?
Hello,
Thank you for contacting us on that matter!
Would it be possible for you to provide us a screenshot of the password prompt your receive when you launch the application?
Also, what type of data source are you currently using?
Best regards,

Thank you for replying.
Here’s my screenshot after I launch the application on the iPad, there’s no password prompt. I tried to reinstall the App, but it still asking for the password.
I hadn’t set up any data source yet.
Could you give me some hints? Thanks.

Hi,
We've investigated the problem extensively and the problem seems to be related to Apple's OS that is not able to remove all the files
that were installed by the application when uninstalling it. This behavior is not common and very difficult to reproduce.
We cannot recover a forgotten password. However, we are working on a solution to erase all RDM related files. You should then be able to reinstall the application. We should find a solution shortly.

Hello,
We have made a build available on Testflight that will remove every RDM file (including the password).
Important: After using this build, please uninstall the application and reinstall it from the App Store.
Here are the steps to follow:
1. On the iOS device, install the Testflight app and follow this link to download a custom version of RDM: https://testflight.apple.com/join/FtSFUXvO
2. Open RDM and on the master password page, click 10 times on the show/hide password icon (you can watch the video)
3. Restart the application, you should no longer have the master password windows.
4. Uninstall this version of RDM
5. Go on the App Store to install the official version of RDM
Let us know if you need any additional information.

Hi Maxime,
I have the same problem on my iPhone with a forgotten Master password, but when I try to download the testflight app it states "This beta isn't accepting any new testers right now". Is it possible to reenable this so I would be able to repeat through the same steps?
Thanks
Hi Russel,
We have reenable the link.
