Trying to import a csv file in password hub, and mapping is not working, would be nice too have a csv template with the correct headers, so it can import automatically

Hello,

Are you using Password Hub Personal or Business?
How are you trying to import? (Web client, Importer, RDM?)

Thank you, have a good day!

Hello,

When using the CSV Import Wizard in the Hub Importer, you should be able to assign whichever column of your CSV to the corresponding field in your Hub.

While going through the import wizard, you will :

  1. Select your CSV file and press Next
  2. Here there is a preview which will not be of much use in your case. Press Next
  3. On this third page, you will see something similar to the image shown below. The left column is where you select the "Hub" fields (the property of the entries). The right column is where you insert the column names of your CSV that need to be assigned to the entry properties on the left. These column names should stay between the $ signs as shown in the image.

If you still encounter issues after trying this procedure, please do let us know along with your Hub Importer version.

???? Damn.

just retied it, not working, made a new csv, with bogus information to send you, test it before sending it, but the new template is working... tried the old one again, it's working now....

This morning could not get it to pick the name of the entry...

Currently using 2022.2.18.0 importer (it updated this morning before trying to import)

Oh well, probably not enough coffee this morning, :)
