Hi,
Samuel Dery
Hallo,
welche RDM Version und Datenquelle verwendest du?
Shadow Sitzungen funktionieren mittels RDM, da du falsche Anmeldeinformationen erwähnst, konfiguriere bitte folgendes:
Eigenschaften des RDP-Eintrags => Werkzeuge => Sitzungs-Anmeldeinformationen verwenden
Werden die Sitzungen nun angezeigt? Bzw. bekommst du eine Fehlermeldung?
LG,
Min
Hi,

Ich habe es wie folgt eingetragen Fehlermeldung im Screenshot
Is it possible i have to allow something in firewall or other on destination server?

Nothing of Tools is working.

Hello tuiv,
This configuration will use the credentials provided in the "General" section of your entry "Properties" could you confirm those are correct?
That being said, we have the following knowledge base article that I suspect may be useful in your case: https://kb.devolutions.net/rdm_wmi_troubleshooting.html
Let me know,
Best regards,
Samuel Dery
WMI is Working
same user i log into the maschine pritschow-dom
Hello,
Thank you for your reply,
I've been informed by my colleague that after discussing this case in our chat system using the "Custom" option in your entry "Properties" under the "Tools" tab seems to resolve the issue for you.
The problem seemed to be caused by the fact you were using the "Find By name(User vault)" option for your credentials, the ticket to our engineering department regarding this has been linked to this forum topic and I will keep you updated with any news I receive.
Best regards,
Samuel Dery
Hi there,
we have the same problem. If we want to connect via Management Tools -> Terminalservices Console we get also the message "Die Terminal Sitzungen konnten nicht abgerufen werden, überprüfen Sie Ihre Anmeldeinformationen."
It doesnt matter which logininformation i use, i tried it with custom settings or with ask for logininformation and non of thees settings worked for me.
thx
Boris

Hello,
Thank you for your reply,
I see, I'm wondering if you've had a look at this knowledge base article: https://kb.devolutions.net/rdm_wmi_troubleshooting.html
Is this working as expected for you outside RDM?
Let me know,

Hello i can shadow a session directly on the server. It isnt working with session creds.
By the way my session creds are inherited.
But is working with my creds.
I hope there is a update in future.
The next Problem I use a Farm with multiple server. On the Broker i can see every session and connect.
Is this function possible in RDM
I would not connect to every server to find the User
Regards
Hello,
Thank you for your reply,
I see, you would like to have every connected session displayed at once in an Overview in the Dashboard, is that correct?
If so I believe the "Thumbnails" view which you can find by going under the "View" section and pressing "Thumbnails" would be of interest.
Let me know if I misunderstand.
Best regards,
Samuel Dery
Hello i search a function

Hello Tuiv,
Thank you for your reply,
From my understanding, the Thumbnails view would be what you're looking for, did you give it a try?
You can find this option by going under the "View" section and pressing the "Thumbnails" button:

Good Morning,
i found our Problem. It was the Firewall in our Network which blocked Port TCP 445 and TCP 139. Now we are able to connect. Sorry for your time.
Thx
Boris

Hello,
we have installed the Version 2023.1.23 today and run into the same problem. our previous installed version that worked was 2022.2.24
Is there a fix for this issue already?
we are using session creds which are inherited. if we try to override the creds for this session its still not working.

Hello Maik,
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this,
I see, you're encountering the same issue when using "Custom" credentials in the "Tools" section of your entry?
If that's the case then I suspect the following knowledge base article may help in your case:
