EMERGENCY: Password hub Trail extension

Good Morning,

We just found out our trail license has expired for password hub. Friday we thought we extended the trail, but it turned out to be an extension for the RDM app instead of for pw hub business. I tried renewing the license but I can't get it to work. We used pw hub as an emergency solution because our previous password manager was really bad. Is there anyone who can help me to extend this trail ASAP? The entire office is waiting since nobody can access our servers etc.
