Options for HTML export

Hello again :)

Another feature request. We would like to provide our customers with an HTML export as documentation of the passwords stored with us and actually find the HTML export optimal for this. But it would be great if you could simply omit the information, when an entry was created or edited, when exporting. An export option where you can choose whether you want such information or not would be awesome.
