Need help with understanding Devolutions Server login
We have been running Devolutions Server with a SQL db for over 3 years. We have 37 users that connect to the server using Devolutions RDM. The user accounts are AD integrated.
I have only just realised that in order to take advantage of Roles in Devolutions Server I have to log in to the Devolutions Server web console, and not manage it through RDM.
I have tried login to the Devolutions Web console using my domain account that is an Administrator, but I will not authenticate me
Please excuse my ignorance, but how do I log in to the Devolutions Server web console so I can set up roles.

Hello Adrian,
The first screenshot of the user indicates database instead of domain for the type of user. What version did you upgrade from?
To resolve your issue, we may need to validate the user information, it would be simplest to do in a remote session. You can write to us at service@devolutions.net
