Logging into Devolutions Password Server (Backup Console)

I am having trouble logging into the backup console. We use AD integration for our Devolutions login and I have tried every possible combination of my AD login, but I can't log in to the Devolutions Password Server to perform a Backup. What account would I use to log in?
