Weblogin unable to log into both personal and business vaults with different email addresses

It looks like the way logins are handled has been changed and one login is now able to authenticate you to other access requests. The problem is, that my business and personal vaults use a different email address, one my personal, and the other one for work. If I log into personal first, I start getting messages that I have to be invited to the business vault, and if I log into business first, I get an empty personal vault using my business email address. Is there anything that I can do to force them to use their respective email addresses?

Thanks.

So I believe I found a method to get into both, though it isn't ideal. If I log into one of them, then come to the devolutions site, login, then under the user menu either choose or add another account, I can then log in with the other account in web login. Not sure how long that access will last, but at least for the time being I don't have to hop back and forth.

Hi David,

When using the Hub Personal website (hub.devolutions.com), you can select an account by clicking on your profile picture and choose your Personal profile.

For Hub Business, we opened a ticket to be able to select another account on the page you are getting messages like the one you get that says that you need to be invited. Right now, you need to click on "Not you?" and then select your work account in the account list.

In case you are using Devolutions Web Login, we are currently working on a way to specify the specific accounts used by Hub Personal and Business.

At the moment, one workaround is to use two different Chrome profiles, one for your Work Account and the other one for your Personal account.

This article explains how to do it: https://www.techradar.com/how-to/how-to-use-profiles-in-chrome-to-keep-work-and-home-separate
