Password hub entries gone

Password hub entries gone

All entries in my personal password hub disappeared last night. Logged in on my phone and they were there, then a couple hours later I logged in on pc and my vault was completely empty. I thought there might be an issue going on and ignored it, but still see it as empty this morning. Was this something I did and is there any way to restore the entries?

Are you using Password Hub Personal or Password Hub Business?

The hub I am referring to is the personal one. I have another account with a business hub, but was afraid to try logging into it in case it was something on my end that wiped it out.

No, it shows zero entries. Same through the app, browser extension and rdm.

(Make sure that you have your Emergency codes beforehand, can be found here : https://hub.devolutions.com/content/tools)
Could you try to perform a “Forgot Password” of your Devolutions Account and try to login again afterward. Do you see you entries again?

It doesn't appear that I can download the emergency codes, it just seems to spin (all security addons are disabled). I think I have an old code, but I'm not sure if it is still valid. Should I attempt with that?

Hello,

If this is the one that was downloaded when you first started, then yes it should be the one. Make sure that it says "Password Hub Personal"
Also, do you confirm that you are connected to the correct account? Do you have a gmail email account for your Hub Personal and a business email account for Password Hub Business?

My personal and business use different email addresses, gmail is for my personal.

Resetting and using the emergency code did work. Any idea what I may have done to cause them to disappear in the first place?
