If I'm not mistaken, it's in File -> Options -> Types -> Terminal -> Syntax Highlighting, then click the Import button and select the xml file and voila!

Thanks a lot for this. Someone showed this feature in MobaXterm and I would have been surprised if RDM could not support this. It does :-)
